New chimney caps can be installed when existing caps have failed. Manufacturer standards require the cap to transition down over the exterior cladding to prevent wind driven rain from getting behind the system. JAD Exteriors will measure the chimney and install a new custom cap with the proper overlap and natural drip edge. Sealing the new chimney cap is included with our installation of a new cap.
