JAD Exteriors is an independent window contractor that can assist you in completing your settlement required forms.  Specifically pages 4, 5, 6 ,7 and 8.  We will come out to your home and identify all windows that require repair or replacement and their appropriate cost breakdown for Eligible Damage reimbursements. We will provide you with an estimate to be included in your claim submittal package.

Are you eligible?

If you are a current or former owner of structures containing Pella Proline brand aluminum clad wood casement, awning and/or transom windows (including 250 and 450 Series) manufactured by Pella Corporation between 1991 and 2009, you may be entitled to cash for actual expenses necessary to fix damages caused by the product. 

Damages Covered:

For the purpose of settlement Eligible damages means water related damage to a Pella ProLine brand wood casement, awning, and or transom window (including 250 and 450 Series) manufactured by Pella Corporation between January 1, 1991 and December 31, 2009 because of water penetrating and damage.  Includes damage to window, finishing on windows, property surrounding window and labor cost necessary to replace a window or its sash. The settlement amount provided to each Class Member varies depending on whether the Class Member has paid to repair the eligible damages or not.

What is included with your JAD Settlement Support Services:

We will come out to your home and identify all windows that we contend sustained Eligible damage that still require repair or replacement under the Pella Window Settlement.

Provide a Detailed Estimate showing separately (required settlement documentation) breakdown of the four (4) key categories:

• Cost of Product
• Cost of Finishing
• Cost of Installation
• Cost to Repair Other Property

Provide Required Information on each window:

• Type of Window
• ID of Window
• Date when damage was discovered
• Type of Eligible Damage and costs of repair
